Den Properties is a family business founded by David Denton.
David bought his first Buy to Let back in 1999. At this time the Buy to Let property was purchased as a second income and to provide a safe investment for his money. David career focused starting out as a Joiner and working his way up to being a Construction Project Manager. David has studied hard to Achieve Membership of the Chartered Institute of Building in 2014 To be a Member of the CIOB it took 5 years of studying alongside work and a professional interview in London to be accepted.
David has a lot of construction experience in many different sectors that include House building, Student accommodation, listed buildings, health Care Education and commercial. All this experience within construction serves to help ensure that any issues with the property are identified and taken care of before proceeding.
David has now started the next journey in his professional life and is taking huge steps to ensure his family and financially secure by investing in property, and he can help to invest in property and help provide great returns on your investment,
