Introducing David Denton

Den Properties was founded by David Denton, who works at senior level within the construction industry around the North of England. David had a vision for property investment. The vision was for offering premium, quality serviced accommodation and providing excellent Buy To Let Housing fro families in the Yorkshire region.

Since formation we’ve invested into several properties and we now provide amazing family homes as well as Serviced Accommodation throughout the Yorkshire area.

David now works with other investors to help them invest in property and benefit from his time, knowledge and experience so that they too can benefit from being financially free though property investments, as well as providing mentorship Programmes to those struggling to make it on their own. We have an excellent record of investing, structuring and selling, so feel free to discuss this with us.
